Simonton Christian Academy was
founded in 1992 by parents within the membership
of Simonton Community Church. This single
concentrated effort of a small group of
Christians has blessed S.C.A. students with
spiritual and academic standards for a lifetime.
Simonton Christian Academy
is a Texas non-profit
organization, part of Simonton Community Church.
The school is administered by Simonton Community
Church Board of Trustees, which is responsible
to the Simonton Community Church. The
Board of Trustees consists of seven persons, the
eighth being the Senior Pastor of Simonton
Community Church who serves as a non-voting
member. The Board of Trustees is
responsible for all activities of the school,
including formulation and implementation of
policy, administration of finances, employment,
curriculum, etc.
